Return Policy

BingoTrans RETURN POLICY:

    Below is BingoTrans's return policy. If you want to return item/items to us, please read and follow the instructions listed. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item/items back to us.
    BingoTrans reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

Several conditions must be met before BingoTrans will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.

We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by BingoTrans. This means that damaged items not caused by BingoTrans cannot warrant a full refund.

If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

Usually BingoTrans can and will offer complete and partial refunds on most of the items. However, some items on our website might have special conditions and might be non-refundable.

When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item and offer a complete refund if the above required conditions is met. If there are missing or parts and accessories, we can offer a partial refund depending on the item condition.

All packages that warrant a complete and partial refund will have its original shipping fee (from BingoTrans to you) refunded as well!

BingoTrans will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to BingoTrans).

All BingoTrans items have 7 days (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before being non-eligible for complete and partial refund.

BingoTrans reserve the right to issue an approximately 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specification of the item.

All BingoTrans items have 31 days (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before becoming non-replaceable.

BingoTrans reserve the right to issue an approximately 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specification of the item.

 

BingoTrans.us will repair your item/items if there is ever a problem with it. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to clarify for you. A repairing fee might apply depending upon the reason and condition of the damaged item.
When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item, identify the problem, and send the package on its way for repair. Note that the time it takes to repair will differ from item to item. For more information please call our customer representatives for clarification.

BingoTrans will ship the repaired package back to you with no charge! We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from BingoTrans back to you).

BingoTrans will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to BingoTrans).

All BingoTrans items have one year (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before being non-eligible for repair.

BingoTrans reserve the right to charge a repairing fee depending upon the reason and condition of the damaged item.

If we discover nothing wrong with the item/items, we will promptly ship the item/items back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.

General Returns

1.  All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center  and clarify your return reason. One of our customer representive will check your case according to our policy to determine if it is eligible for a return.

2.  Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

3.  Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returning for replacement and refund

1.  Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, BingoTrans.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.

2.  Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).

Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged. Please note a cancellation can only be made within 12 hours, otherwise a 15% of processing and restocking fee will be applied.

Overdue Items

We will return a full refund if the item ordered is not delivered by the promised delivery date.

Customized Clothing

This category includes: Wedding dresses,  Bridesmaid dresses,  Mother of the Bridal Dresses,  Flower Girl Dresses,  Evening/Cocktail/Prom/Celebrity Dresses, Groom Wear,  Cosplay and Costumes

Returning for replacement and refund

All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered. We only accept dresses in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.

1.  Quality Issues:

(1).  If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.

(2).  If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.

2.  Size Errors:

Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.

(1).  All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 30%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 30%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 30% of the dress's original cost.

(2).  We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, we are responsible for all shipping costs.

(3).  Customers can also return a dress with measurement errors, and will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping .

However, any errors regarding size/color that were made during purchasing of our products will not be eligible for refunds. Please note all the customized dresses ordered will be tailored strictly by following customer delivered measurements, so we are not responsible for any discrepencies caused by erroneous tailoring information from customers.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)   

1.  All dress orders canceled within 10 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

2.  All dress orders canceled after 10 hours will be eligible for a 30% partial refund.

Overdue Products

If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 7 days, you will be eligible for a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 7 days, customers are eligible for a full refund of the delivery of the overdue product.

Returning for replacement and refund

All items can be returned within 7  days after you receive the products. Please clearly identify the return reason on the package. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization or wear.

1.  Quality Issues:

Full refunds are issued for quality issues and we will pay for return postage both ways. (Quality issues include: obvious stains, tear damage, and defective products.)

2.  Size Errors:

Customers who receive products with errors of 2cm (or greater) between the actual measured size and the size chart on the website, that we consider will affect the wearing of the product, are eligible for a full refund. Products with errors less than 2cm will not be accepted.

Cancelling Orders (Payment Confirmed)

1.  No charges for cancelling orders before shipping. Please note a free cancellation can only be made within 12 hours, otherwise a 15% of processing and restocking fee will be applied.

2.  Customized sports clothing orders are eligible for a 25% partial refund.

Overdue Items

If products are not received by our promised date, we will issue a full refund.

Women’s Clothing and Cashmere Store

All Women’s Clothing and Cashmere Store Category items are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold will not be returned or exchanged except for quality issues, wrong color, or allergy problems.

Return Policy

Quality Issues:

We will offer refund and bear all return shipping fees. Products returned due to quality issues (Quality issues include damage and faulty goods) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and must be in brand new condition, unused and with original tags.

Please also explain why you want to return the products.

Wrong Color:

We will exchange your product if the purchased product does not match the color you ordered (percieved color differences due to your computer monitor display will not be exhanged).

Wrong Style:

We will exchange your product if the product received does not much the item ordered.

Attention:  All return & exchange items must be returned in 7days. The return and exchange may be made only if your product is eligible. (Please see list below) We reserve the right to refuse the return & exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for return & exchange, we reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be intact and not damaged in any way.

Requesting an Exchange

1. Your original order number (This is very important).

2.  The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.

3.  Your shipping address and phone number.

Cancelling an Order

1.  You will not be charged any fees if you cancel you order within 12 hours (Except FOR CUSTOM DRESSES).

2.  We will charge 15%-50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 12 hours but within 7 days.

3.  Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days but before the item is shipped.

Late Delivery

We will offer a full refund for late delivery.
